Required skills and qualifications - Education: A bachelor's degree is typically required, often in a business, finance, or related field. An MBA is a plus for some roles. - Experience: This role require 3-10 years of relevant experience. - Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building client relationships and coordinating with internal teams. - Analytical skills: The ability to analyze client needs, understand financial products, and solve problems is crucial. - Technical skills: Proficiency with relevant software, particularly CRM systems, is necessary. - Problem-solving: A strong aptitude for problem-solving is needed to address client challenges and find optimal solutions.
