The role requires micro-entrepreneurs who can work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment while delivering innovative solutions on the go. We seek relationship experts who can understand the complexities of an aspirational global brand backed by innovative technology solutions and associate the same with business clients. The role requires ability to work on creating a new set of clients from scratch while utilizing the benefits of alliances and partnerships.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Acquainting yourself with all products/services offered by Great Manager Institute
- Procuring new clients through direct contact/outbound, word-of-mouth, and through leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Identifying upsell/cross-selling opportunities.
- Suggesting upgrades in products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
We also have another property called “Leadership Factories”, for the first 6 months this role would entail:
- Support on Business Development for our new property "Leadership Factories" (onboarding of new organizations/interactions with HR Heads or client SPOCs)
- Customer Relationship Management for onboarded organizations (interaction with client SPOCs and managing deliverables)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
