We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to ensure our clients receive maximum value from our solutions, driving retention and business growth.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, engagement, and continued success with our platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and foster long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the customer relationship, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Assist clients in onboarding, training, and adoption of the Zithara.ai platform.
- Understand customer pain points and provide proactive solutions to improve their experience.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams (Sales, Product, and Support) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Conduct regular check-ins, collect feedback, and implement strategies to improve retention.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM tools to track interactions and insights.
- Prepare and deliver reports on customer success metrics and business impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM (preferred).
- Ability to build strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools to track customer engagement.
Good to Have:
- Experience working in retail-tech, lead management, or marketing automation platforms.
- Exposure to customer training and webinar hosting.
- Knowledge of customer engagement automation tools (e.g., Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk).
