Customer Success Manager

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Customer Success as a proactive and strategic role and is experienced in managing B2B or SaaS clients. They should have a proven track record of delivering measurable results and driving customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with clients to align their business goals with our product solutions.
- Develop and execute Customer Success Plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Own client onboarding, ensuring a seamless setup and adoption process.
- Monitor and optimize customer usage to drive engagement and retention.
- Actively track and report KPIs such as retention rates, NPS, churn rates, and revenue expansion.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, working closely with the sales team to close deals.
- Conduct regular business reviews to share progress, insights, and opportunities with clients.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams (Product, Support, and Sales) to address challenges and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide training and resources to ensure customers are fully equipped to succeed with our solutions.
