Who we areMarketOne International is a global provider of marketing services helping companies identify new prospects develop sales lead programs and convert new business Our wide array of services includes contact Database Development Event Recruitment Automated Marketing Sales Lead Development Primary Market Research and Lead Lifecycle Management MarketOne serves leading technology companies around the globe including 8 of the 10 largest tech companies in the world With delivery capability across Europe Asia Pacific and the Americas MarketOne has fast become the go-to partner for large-scale global marketing initiatives that rely on sophisticated demand generation programs Our corporate track record features fifteen consecutive years of growth and profitability As a Marketing Automation Consultant on SFMC you will be responsible in end-to-end campaign execution on the SFMC platform This will primarily include gauging client requirements analyzing feasibility creating the needful on the platform and involved in post deployment reporting This will also require you to closely work with peers to ensure timely delivery of the needful keeping quality at utmost priority Must Have 3 years of technical strategic use of SFMCs marketing automation platform Power User Admin within a B2B corporate engagement or as an external consultant working with large B2B clients Ability to advise on both the technical and business impacts related to the use of marketing automation CRM and reporting platforms Exceptional traditional and online communication skills Emotional intelligence Ability to prioritize and manage multiple needs projects resources Ability to delegate executional work to our delivery teams and stay focused on strategic needs of our clients Manage executive expectations lead strategic direction and grow MarketOnes services footprint within your assigned accounts Experience delivering rapidly designed and developed projects using best practices in Program Management timelines client expectations budget profitability protect scope etc Roles and Responsibilities Articulate business requirements and architect complex solutions leveraging single multiple on-demand and hosted Marketing Automation CRM platforms Assess project needs align with stakeholders and develop measurable solutions with the resources available and bring the process change if required Communicate with internal and external resources to ensure fixed and variable scope requests are delivered on time Act as a source of best practice in Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing Support with solutions engineering solution design as needed Produce high-quality proposals reports account reviews and process documents Conduct needs analysis through technology audit content audit process audits interviewing Ability to identify new projects within existing accounts and work with business development and or delivery program managers architects to scope and close business Powered by JazzHR
