Requirements - 5–8 years of professional kitchen experience in Awadhi Cuisine Only - Strong grasp of culinary techniques, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations. - Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain quality during busy service. - Culinary certification preferred but not mandatory.
