Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present gourmet sandwiches with creativity and consistency.
- Manage mise en place, cold kitchen operations, and quality control.
- Innovate and upgrade sandwich menus to match global café standards.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and HACCP protocols.
- Train and guide commis for efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years' experience in international café/QSR brands (e.g., Starbucks, Costa, Third Wave, CCD).
- Strong knowledge of cold kitchen, gourmet sandwich prep & plating.
- Culinary diploma/degree in Bakery & Confectionery / Culinary Arts preferred.
- Creativity in presentation, garnishing, and menu development.
