Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present gourmet sandwiches with creativity and consistency.
  • Manage mise en place, cold kitchen operations, and quality control.
  • Innovate and upgrade sandwich menus to match global café standards.
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and HACCP protocols.
  • Train and guide commis for efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years' experience in international café/QSR brands (e.g., Starbucks, Costa, Third Wave, CCD).
  • Strong knowledge of cold kitchen, gourmet sandwich prep & plating.
  • Culinary diploma/degree in Bakery & Confectionery / Culinary Arts preferred.
  • Creativity in presentation, garnishing, and menu development.
