Business Development Executive (Compliance & Regulatory Services)

Location: Sector-2, Noida (Work from Office)

Salary: 22,000 30,000 per month (based on experience)

At PSR Compliance, we specialize in helping businesses navigate complex regulatory frameworks. From EPR, LMPC, FSSAI, WPC, BIS, Drug License, Legal Metrology, and Company Incorporation, we provide end-to-end compliance solutions.

We are looking for an Experienced Business Development Executive who understands consulting & compliance services and can drive business growth by converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities in compliance & licensing services.
- Handle client requirements across multiple compliance verticals (EPR, LMPC, BIS, FSSAI, etc.).
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Consistently achieve revenue & growth targets.

Eligibility Criteria (Must-Have)

24 years of proven sales/business development experience in compliance, consulting, or legal services industry (Candidates from other industries will not be considered).

Strong understanding of regulatory approvals & licensing processes.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Excellent communication in English & Hindi.

Target-driven with strong negotiation & closing skills.
