Website https www meragi com Required Skills Excellent Communication Premium Weddings Management Team Leadership Collaboration and Coordination Strategic InitiativesABOUT MERAGI Meragi is a rapidly growing start up in India s thriving 50 billion wedding industry As a full-stack technology platform we revolutionize the way wedding-related services are bought and delivered Our mission is to create pioneering industry-first solutions that address the complexities of this industry utilizing innovative technology to consult design and sell wedding services with a strong focus on ensuring high-quality fulfilment Backed by top-tier investors we are at the forefront of transforming the wedding industry landscape - As the Head Wedding Planner for our Bangalore location you will be responsible for managing premium weddings and leading a team of planners and assistant planners to deliver top-class customer experiences - You will collaborate closely with the vendor manager operations managers relationship managers and sales managers to ensure seamless end-to-end planning and execution of events Additionally you will work with the leadership team on strategic initiatives to scale the business and uphold our commitment to delivering unparalleled quality in every event Key Responsibilities Premium Weddings Management - Work closely with clients to help them plan their event and deliver top class service - Oversee the planning and execution of premium weddings ensuring each event exceeds client expectations - Lead the creative direction and design concepts for weddings incorporating client preferences and current trends to deliver unique and unforgettable experiences Team Leadership - Supervise and mentor a team of planners and assistant planners providing guidance and support throughout the planning process - Delegate tasks effectively manage workload distribution and ensure team members are equipped with the resources needed to succeed - Conduct regular team meetings training sessions and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and development Business Development Collaboration and Coordination - Work closely with the vendor manager and operations managers to coordinate logistics timelines and resources for each event - Collaborate with the relationship managers and sales managers to onboard new clients understand their needs and tailor wedding packages to meet their expectations - Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients vendors and internal operations teams to ensure clear expectations and seamless execution of events Strategic Initiatives - Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at scaling the business and enhancing our service offerings - Identify opportunities for process improvements efficiency gains and innovation to elevate the quality of our events and differentiate Meragi Celebrations in the market REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor s degree- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities - Hustler who is looking for the opportunity to grow and take his career to next level- Have a creative bent of mind- Have strong work ethics- Have 10 years of Wedding Planning event planning experienceBe a part of Meragi and use your creative artistic skills to make your ideas a reality and be a part of our journey to transform the wedding industry and give a memorable experience to Global customers ref updazz com
