Job Description Company Description Diligent Egress Private Limited manufactures and supplies turnkey door frames and door shutters. We provide consultation to builders, architects, and individuals to meet their unique requirements in terms of design, environment, and budget. Our rigorous raw material selection process ensures the use of the best quality wood grown under proper environmental conditions. We employ pre-treatment processes to enhance product durability and utilize machinery to reduce raw material wastage, lower labor costs, and improve production speed and finish. We are committed to environmental responsibility, sourcing wood only from reforested areas as part of our social responsibility. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include meeting with builders, architects, and individuals, presenting product options, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Sales and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain client relationships - Knowledge of the construction and architecture industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English and local languages - Strong organizational and time management skills
