Job Description Sales Executive Kolhapur Position: Sales ExecutiveJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeLocation: KolhapurSalary: 15,000 per month (Minimum) + IncentivesIndustry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)Company: ITC (Job Guaranteed) About the Role This is a field-based sales position in the FMCG sector where selected candidates will be responsible for sales and distribution activities in the assigned territory. The role includes market visits, retailer engagement, order booking, and ensuring product availability across retail outlets. Training Program Duration: 30 Days - 15 Days Class Room Training (C.R.T) - 15 Days On-the-Job Training (O.J.T) - Fees: No fees required - Stipend During Training: 3,000 (gross) for qualifying candidates - Certificate & Scholarship: Awarded after 45 days of completion and assessmet Key Responsibilities - Conduct field visits and meet retail shop owners to promote and sell FMCG products - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets - Maintain relationships with distributors and retailers - Execute promotional activities and market campaigns - Ensure product visibility and availability in the assigned area - Provide daily reports and feedback to the team leader - Maintain excellent customer service and brand representation Requirements - Minimum 85% attendance is compulsory during training - Candidate must have own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (for petrol vehicles) - Willingness to travel within a 510 km radius for On-the-Job Training and work duties - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for sales and customer interaction Job Benefits - Minimum salary of 15,000 per month + Attractive incentives - Permanent and stable job with growth opportunities - Government-recognized training certificate - Scholarship and stipend support during training - Guaranteed placement with ITC in Kolhapur region
