NoBroker recently raised $5 million from Google to expand and grow NoBrokerHood. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mangalore, Udupi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, addressing customer needs, closing sales deals, and maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients. The role includes market research, identifying opportunities for growth, performing product demonstrations, and presenting sales proposals. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to broaden the company's customer base. Qualifications - Skills in prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales deals - Experience in market research and identifying growth opportunities - Ability to perform product demonstrations and present sales proposals - Strong customer relationship management and communication skills - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with community management or prop-tech industries is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred
