Job Description Program Manager Business Operations & Digital Marketing (Analytics Focus) Experience: 610 years Department: Strategy / Marketing / Operations About the Role We're looking for a Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of business operations, digital marketing, and analytics. You'll lead cross-functional programs that enhance efficiency, optimize marketing ROI, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. What You'll Do - Lead and deliver strategic, cross-functional business and marketing initiatives. - Translate business goals into measurable projects with clear KPIs. - Optimize operations through process improvements, automation, and data dashboards. - Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, track, and optimize digital campaigns. - Develop and manage marketing performance dashboards (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversions). - Analyze campaign and business data to uncover trends and actionable insights. - Partner with leadership for quarterly/annual planning and OKR alignment. - Foster strong collaboration between marketing, sales, product, finance, and analytics teams. What You'll Bring - 610 years of experience in business operations, program management, or marketing analytics, preferably in tech, SaaS, or fintech. - Proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio). - Experience with marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush). - Strong project management skills with tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
