Job Summary We are looking for a Visual Content Creator (Video & Graphics) who can produce premium-quality visual content that elevates our brand across India and international markets. This role includes video creation, photography, graphic design, motion graphics, and content development for marketing, sales, exhibitions, and product communication. You will play a key role in shaping the public visual identity of a company preparing for rapid scale, international expansion, and a future IPO. Key Responsibilities Video Production & Editing - Shoot videos of machinery, factory operations, customer trials, and installations. - Edit content using Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut. - Produce reels, shorts, product explainers, and promotional videos. - Add branding, text overlays, transitions, and music. - Deliver consistent, high-quality output aligned with brand standards. Photography - Capture professional photos of products, machines, factory areas, and field activities. - Edit and retouch photos for catalogs, brochures, website, and social media. - Maintain an organized library of visual content. Graphic Design - Create brochures, flyers, product sheets, infographics, and technical illustrations. - Develop creatives for trade shows, exhibitions, and international marketing campaigns. - Design icons, diagrams, and visuals that simplify complex processes. - Support digital marketing with banners, ads, and creative layouts. Motion Graphics & Animation - Create simple animations, intros, transitions, and logo reveals. - Use Adobe After Effects or similar tools for motion requirements. Visual Representation of Technical Content - Understand basic machinery workflows to create clear visuals. - Convert technical topics into easy-to-understand graphics and videos. - Coordinate closely with sales and engineering teams. Global Content Support - Prepare content for events and customers in Middle East, South Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America. - Support international exhibitions with display visuals, videos, and digital materials. Required Skills & Software Expertise - Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve - Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop - Canva Pro - Basic knowledge of After Effects (preferred) - Strong photography and videography skills - Understanding of lighting, framing, and production basics - High sense of branding and design quality Equipment Handling (Provided by Company) - DSLR / Mirrorless camera - Gimba l / stabilizer - Tripod - Lavalier mic - Basic lighting kit Qualifications - Bachelor's in Multimedia, Design, Mass Communication or equivalent (preferred) - 13 years of experience in multimedia content creation - Strong portfolio (video + graphic work) required Soft Skills - Creative thinking and problem-solving - Fast learner, especially with industrial visuals - Time management & ability to meet deadlines - Ownership mindset - Strong communication and teamwork - High attention to detail Why Join Gaurav Engineering International Exposure Work on visuals seen by customers and partners across: - Middle East - South Asia - Africa - Europe - North America Participate in content creation for global trade shows and exhibitions.
