Job Description Content Creator Eco Femme is looking for a creative, story-driven Content Creator to join our communications team. We are a women-led social enterprise based in Auroville, Tamil Nadu, creating sustainable reusable cloth pads and delivering menstrual health education across India. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, social impact, and meaningful communication, we'd love to hear from you. Role Overview: The Content Creator will work closely with the communications team to transform ideas into immersive, story-led visuals. This role involves hands-on creation,from photography and videography to editing and visual experimentation. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the communications team to execute content strategies. - Capture and create high-quality photos, videos, and reels that embody our mission and storytelling goals. - Conceptualise, storyboard, and produce immersive short-form video content. - Work along with the Graphic Designer to maintain a cohesive visual language across platforms. - Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva, ensuring professional, platform-optimised output. - Identify and implement trending visual hooks and storytelling formats to increase reach and resonance. Preferred Background: - Experience in photography, videography, and video editing. - Proficiency with creative software (Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools). - A strong visual eye and storytelling instinct. - Interest in social impact communication, menstrual awareness, and community engagement. - Global cultural awareness If this role excites you, we'd love to see your portfolio and hear from you.
