Role Overview – Content Creator at Techpixe

We're looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes the digital world someone who knows what's trending before it trends, can shoot content that feels authentic, and can turn everyday moments into engaging stories.

If you can turn a simple product into a viral reel, coordinate shoots like a pro, and bring a Gen Z lens to brand storytelling — you might just be the person we're looking for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Ideation: Develop fresh, engaging, and platform-specific content ideas aligned with the brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Content Creation: Plan and shoot short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) with strong storytelling and aesthetics.
  • Trendspotting: Stay ahead of digital, meme, and pop culture trends — and adapt them creatively for brands.
  • Coordination: Manage talent, locations, and shoot logistics for smooth production.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the strategy and design teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Social Media Familiarity: Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social trends.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Experience in shooting and editing content (mobile or DSLR).
  • Strong grasp of youth culture, internet language, and visual trends.
  • Creative mindset with a sense of humor and timing that connects with Gen Z & millennials.
  • Excellent coordination, time management, and execution skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of ideas.
  • Passion for storytelling, creativity, and digital aesthetics.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–1.5 years of experience in a creative agency, digital marketing firm, or content studio.
  • A portfolio or social handle that reflects creativity and an understanding of digital trends.
  • A go-getter attitude and collaborative spirit.
