As we expand, we are looking to partner with creators who not only make great content but also live the EleFant philosophy — parenting made smarter.

About the Role

We are looking for a 
Content Creator who is also a Micro-Influencer
 (ideally a parent influencer) to become the face and voice of the EleFant's video content across Instagram, YouTube, and our digital campaigns. This isn't just a back-end content role — you'll actively feature in videos, create relatable content for parents, and build community trust.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to ideate, shoot, and edit content that reflects modern parenting, joyful playtime, and the EleFant's mission of redefining how kids play in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the 
    on-camera face
     for the EleFant's social content — from Reels to YouTube explainers to campaign videos.
  • Script, plan, and shoot 
    short-form content (Reels, Shorts, product demos, unboxings, behind-the-scenes, parent education, etc.)
    .
  • Generate relatable parenting conversations through storytelling and video content.
  • Bring personal experiences of motherhood or parenting into content naturally and authentically.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on ongoing brand campaigns, subscriber journeys, influencer tie-ups, and parenting community outreach.
  • Track trends on Instagram, YouTube, and parent communities to create viral content.
  • Represent the EleFant brand voice consistently.

Preferred Profile

  • Micro-influencer (mom preferred):
     10K–100K followers across Instagram or YouTube, with an engaged parenting or kids-focused audience.
  • Prior experience in content creation — comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
  • Strong understanding of parenting content trends, formats, and storytelling.
  • Ability to independently ideate, shoot (phone-based or DSLR), edit (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Premiere, or similar).
  • Natural ability to build trust, relatability, and authentic connection with fellow parents.
  • Bonus: Existing collaborations with parenting brands or communities.
