Our team is seeking for Performance Marketing Executives who will help grow brands strategically and creatively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and technology. The candidate needs to be well-versed in digital marketing concepts, and how the Internet can become a solid asset to securing growing revenue. The candidate should be tech-savvy and capable of managing the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Design, build, and maintain the client's brand presence across digital platforms, extending beyond social media. - Plan and execute all brand-related campaigns across various channels like social media, Google, Meta, AEO/GEO, and display advertising campaigns - Suggest and implement digital media strategies to increase customer ROI - Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Exhibit strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Proven work experience of minimum 1-2 years with leading brands and/or agencies. - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. - In-depth knowledge of social media analytics and sentiment tracking tools (e.g. Meltwater, Sprinklr, Hubspot, Buffer, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.). - Knowledge and experience of paid media tools, digital marketing and analytics platforms like Facebook ads, Google ads, other PPC channels, SEO etc. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. - Working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
