Your responsibilities include: - Reviewing, lodging, and verifying loan applications - Collecting and validating supporting documents - Coordinating with brokers and stakeholders to move applications forward - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and lender requirements - Success in this role requires sharp attention to detail, disciplined organization, and strong communication skills. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 🕒 Shift Timing: 06:30 AM to 03:30 PM IST (Saturday & Sunday OFF) 📍 Location: Ahmedabad ✅ Qualifications: - Minimum 1+ years of experience in Australian mortgage processing (residential loans preferred) - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical and documentation skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills (excellent English—written & verbal) - Knowledge of mortgage regulations, lender policies, and processing standards - Experience in customer service or broker coordination is a plus.
