Job Description

We are seeking an AGM/DGM-Sales (Syndicate) to manage and oversee the syndicate vertical within the Real Estate Industry. You will be responsible for handling a multi-level reporting structure, onboarding and developing channel partners, and leading a large area or network to achieve sales and profitability objectives. This role requires a self-motivated professional with very good English communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong coordination and convincing abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Syndicate Vertical Management: Focus on managing and overseeing the syndicate business, handling a multi-level reporting structure, and effectively managing operations over a large area or network.
- Channel Partner Management: Recruit, onboard, and integrate new channel partners. Actively manage relationships and assist partners in their growth to ensure their success.
- Sales & Profitability: Assist the team in achieving set sales and profitability targets through proper coordination and resource management. Educate partners about new projects to drive increased sales.
- Client Base Development: Build and maintain relationships with a range of clients, including organizations, associations, and corporate entities, to secure business and meet sales expectations.
- Leadership & Coordination: Lead channel management and coordinate effectively with teams and partners.

Skills Required

- Very good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A self-driven, go-getting, and proactive attitude.
- Strong coordination and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in real estate channel management is preferred.
- Experience in sourcing and managing brokers is highly desirable.
- A self-motivated and independent work style.

QUALIFICATION:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
