Job Description

We are seeking a GM/DGM - Sales (Primary) with 8+ years of experience in real estate sales to drive sales growth, manage high-value client relationships, and lead a team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring the seamless execution of the primary sales strategy to maximize market penetration and profitability. This role requires expertise in negotiation, client relationship management, and data-driven decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation. Align company objectives with economic and regulatory changes.
- Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales managers, executives, and relationship officers. Set performance benchmarks, conduct training, and foster a high-performance sales culture.
- Client Relationship Management & Deal Closure: Oversee client interactions, negotiations, and sales closures for high-value deals. Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to post-sales service, addressing grievances and maintaining high satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to identify potential locations, competitor activities, and pricing trends. Provide insights for new project launches and monitor consumer preferences.
- Reporting & Sales Process Optimization: Track sales metrics, revenue reports, and conversion ratios. Present regular sales reports to senior management and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Channel Management: Manage and leverage the channel partner and broker network for effective sourcing and sales.

Skills Required:

- Strong experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Expertise in handling high-value real estate transactions and negotiation.
- Proven ability to manage and retain high-value clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or luxury real estate markets.
- Strong skills in channel management, including working with channel partners and brokers for sourcing.

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
