Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Bidding Manager located in Jaipur. The Senior Bidding Manager will be responsible for leading bid strategies, preparing proposals, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely submission of bids. The role involves coordinating with various departments, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring the bidding process to ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual requirements. Qualifications - Bid Management, Proposal Writing, and Contract Negotiation skills - Experience in Project Management and Risk Assessment - Strong understanding of Civil Aviation and Defense sectors - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software - Ability to work independently and lead a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus - Relevant experience in a similar role within the Aviation or Defense industry
