Role Description We are seeking a proactive professional to manage and coordinate cross-border trade operations. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and customers, ensuring smooth financial and regulatory processes. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with stakeholders, including banks, RBI, and customers. - Manage day-to-day trade operations and documentation. - Ensure compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations. - Maintain and update records in IDPMS, EDPMS, ODI, and FDI systems. - Support customers in resolving trade-related queries. Qualifications - Graduate degree (preferably in Commerce, Finance, or a related field). - Prior experience in a customer-facing role within a bank or financial institution. - Working knowledge of IDPMS / EDPMS / ODI / FDI processes. - Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. -
