Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trading Support Specialist – Escalations & Operations located in Bengaluru. The specialist will handle escalations related to trading operations, provide technical and customer support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth trading processes. Daily tasks will include monitoring trading activities, analyzing data, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to address operational challenges.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem resolution
  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Excellent Customer Support and Communication skills for assisting clients and addressing their concerns
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant experience in trading operations or financial services is a plus
