Ltd. is a leading Cross-Border Trade Tech Platform that empowers Indian exporters and importers with intelligent financial and non-financial tools.We simplify global trade through deep industry expertise and technology—making cross-border business faster, easier, and more efficient.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive professional to manage and coordinate cross-border trade operations.The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and customers, ensuring smooth financial and regulatory processes.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with stakeholders, including banks, RBI, and customers.- Manage day-to-day trade operations and documentation.- Ensure compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations.- Maintain and update records in IDPMS, EDPMS, ODI, and FDI systems.- Support customers in resolving trade-related queries.Qualifications- Graduate degree (preferably in Commerce, Finance, or a related field).- Prior experience in a customer-facing role within a bank or financial institution.- Working knowledge of IDPMS / EDPMS / ODI / FDI processes.- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.-
