Job Description Job Title: Delivery Manager-Customer Master Data Location: Hyderabad, India Job Type: Hybrid NP: Immediate to 15 Days Experience: 810 years Key Skills:MDM (Customer Master Data / Customer 360; HCO/HCP), RACI ,IT, governance ,Drive roadmap planning, scope management, prioritization, and delivery health, testing, cutover, hyper care, product management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives,Informatica IDMC/C360 or equivalent, SAP / CRM ecosystem, roadmap, risks/dependencies, end-to-end lifecycle, mgmt , IQVIA, Agile / SAFe. Main Responsibilities & Key Activities Own end-to-end delivery, governance, and adoption of the Customer Master Data solution across markets and systems. Drive roadmap planning, scope management, prioritization, and delivery health (risks, issues, dependencies, blockers). Lead agile execution from requirements through development, testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition to run (KT to support teams). Coordinate upstream/downstream integrations and manage dependencies across enterprise systems and external data providers. Run/enable delivery ways of working: sprint orchestration, backlog management, ticket coordination (including L3), documentation, status reporting, RACI, onboarding and enablement/training materials, and communication support. Lead stakeholder alignment and change management across business, IT, governance, and partners in a matrix organization. Experience Required 810 years overall experience, including: 57 years in data and/or MDM (Customer Master Data / Customer 360; HCO/HCP). 35 years in delivery and/or product management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Proven track record delivering multi-country programs and transformation/greenfield initiatives. Hands-on exposure to MDM platforms (Informatica IDMC/C360 or equivalent) and enterprise integration patterns (batch, near real-time, APIs). Experience with governance and quality enforcement (match/merge, survivorship, Golden Record) and operating model definition (RACI, controls, procedures). Expected skills Delivery management (multi-country), roadmap, risks/dependencies, end-to-end lifecycle Regulatory/audit/compliance considerations for customer data Agile / SAFe, backlog prioritization, user stories, sprint orchestration External data providers (e.g., IQVIA) Snowflake / modern data platform collaboration Stakeholder management & change leadership (workshops, alignment forums, exec communication) Enterprise integrations (APIs / batch / near real-time), upstream/downstream dependency mgmt Data governance & data quality (match/merge, survivorship, Golden Record) SAP / CRM ecosystem exposure Informatica IDMC / C360 (or equivalent MDM platform) Customer Master Data / Customer 360 (HCO/HCP), MDM concepts
