We are looking for a senior leader to head the Master Data Management function, ensuring accurate, standardized, and high-quality data across regions and business domains. The role involves leading regional MDM teams, driving Right-First-Time data quality, and implementing standardized processes for efficiency, automation, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor regional MDM teams to deliver high-quality master data (Product, Customer, Vendor).
  • Drive process harmonization, automation, and efficiency across markets.
  • Monitor data quality KPIs and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Partner with business and IT to align on data needs and priorities.
  • Implement data governance best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote learning, development, and capability building within the team.
  • Represent MDM in regional/global forums and collaborate on enterprise-wide data strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10–16 years of experience in Master Data Management with strong knowledge of Product and Customer domains.
  • Hands-on experience with
    SAP MDG
    , data quality/governance tools (
    Collibra, Celonis
    ).
  • Strong understanding of
    data models, SAP tables, and data dictionaries
    .
  • Prior experience as a
    Data Steward
    (4–6 years) and in leading data management or consulting teams.
  • Familiarity with
    cloud MDM integrations
    (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Snowflake).
  • Exposure to
    Agile/DevOps
    practices and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Preferred certifications:
    CDMP, DAMA DMBOK
