Role Summary

People Tech Group is looking for a seasoned
Senior MDM Specialist
with strong expertise in
Reltio
to join our team in
Hyderabad
. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Master Data Management solutions to ensure data quality, governance, and integration across enterprise systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement
    MDM solutions
    using
    Reltio
    for critical data domains.
  • Configure and customize
    Reltio workflows
    , match/merge rules, and survivorship logic.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define
    data governance policies
    and standards.
  • Perform
    data modeling
    ,
    data integration
    , and
    data quality management
    .
  • Develop and maintain
    API integrations
    and
    cloud-based MDM solutions
    .
  • Monitor and optimize
    MDM performance
    , ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years
    of experience in
    Master Data Management
    and
    Data Governance
    .
  • Good hands-on experience with
    Reltio MDM platform
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    data modeling
    ,
    ETL
    , and
    data quality tools
    .
  • Experience with
    API integration
    ,
    REST services
    , and
    cloud environments
    .
  • Knowledge of
    data stewardship processes
    and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
