Role Summary:
You wont just be selling a service youll be building relationships, identifying opportunities, and playing a crucial role in the journey of investors seeking clarity and confidence in their financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement & Conversion
- Connect with pre-qualified leads via calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetings
- Understand each clients investment needs and recommend the right services
- Close deals efficiently with a consultative approach
- Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and service
- Support clients through onboarding, addressing their concerns promptly
Sales Execution & Reporting:
- Drive revenue by meeting conversion and sales targets
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and generate actionable insights from the data
- Strategic Collaboration
- Share client feedback to help refine marketing and service strategies
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven record in lead conversion
- Knowledge of stock markets or financial products (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
