We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our busy Customer Experience Centre (CEC). If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you. The Customer Service Advisor Role - Taking inbound customer calls and creating work requests. - Making outbound calls to depots to schedule jobs and provide updates. - Producing accurate invoices using our internal systems and customer platforms. - Resolving queries and complaints with ownership and urgency. - Communicating across phone, email, and customer portals. - Meeting individual and team KPIs such as call handling, accuracy, and productivity. Essential Requirements as a Customer Service Advisor: - Excellent customer service skills. - Confident using computer systems (including Microsoft Excel). - Experience handling high volumes of calls in a busy environment. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Desirable - Experience working with SLAs and KPIs. - Previous call centre or office admin experience. - Knowledge of UK geography and mapping systems.
