Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent for a variety of roles across the organization. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and support the overall recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Use various sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and build relationships to maintain a talent pool.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline activity and sourcing effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
