Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller based in Kalina, Andheri West, Mumbai. The Tele Caller will engage with potential clients or partners over the phone to introduce Edhirings services and address inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer records, providing relevant information, and supporting the sales team by identifying qualified leads. The Tele Caller will also follow up on potential opportunities to nurture client relationships and contribute to the organization's objectives. Qualifications - Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools - Ability to analyze and manage client data effectively - Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities - Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or the education sector is a plus - Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are preferable
