Key Responsibilities:· Conduct B2B field visits to manufacturers and traders for direct sales meetings. · Manage in-house sales operations, follow-ups, and customer queries via phone, email, or virtual meetings. · Generate leads through market research, online platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.), cold calling, and networking. · Maintain and update the CRM with accurate sales activities and customer data. · Prepare and present sales proposals, product samples, and quotations to potential customers. · Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. · Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Report sales activities and progress to the reporting manager. · Work will consist of approximately as 40% field visit and 60% in house sales operations.
