About Us Digitalbuddha Info Solutions LLP is a leading digital solutions agency based in Kannur specializing in web development digital marketing branding and creative design We partner with clients globally to deliver impactful digital experiences that drive growth and innovation Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities building long-term client relationships and supporting our expansion into UAE and US markets This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills a strategic mindset and a passion for sales marketing and digital solutions Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT and digital solutions space Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth Collaborate with the digital marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion Analyze market trends competitor strategies and industry insights to stay ahead of the curve Prepare and present persuasive business proposals pitches and client presentations Monitor and improve client acquisition engagement and retention strategies Manage the sales pipeline effectively to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Strong interest in IT digital marketing and technology solutions Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions Proactive goal-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team Experience Level Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply Experience in IT sales or digital marketing sales will be an added advantage Familiarity with international client communication UAE US markets is a plus What We Offer Attractive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with global clients and innovative digital projects Career growth and skill development opportunities Supportive and creative work environment at a growing digital agency Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Language Malayalam Required Location Kannur Kerala Required Work Location In person
