the team About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Engineer with 2-4 yrs years of experience to join our dynamic team The Test Engineer will create and execute test plans for functionality acceptance regression performance and stress testing in an agile environment The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing and test automation JAVA Selenium and should have strong analytical abilities excellent teamwork and great communication skills What you will do Analyze functional requirements and design documents review bug descriptions incorporating this information into test plans and test cases Conduct test execution defect bug tracking reporting and issue resolution coordination Conducts and or participates in formal and informal test cases reviews Design build and maintain effective test automation solutions which meet requirements and specifications Smoke Functional Regression Performance etc Automate and execute test cases using testing tools scripting tools and development tools Automate and execute load tests Execute manual automated scripts using automated tools during functional regression and user acceptance testing cycle Attend all the scrum meetings and actively participate in that What you will need Strong IT professional with 2 to 4 yrs of experience in both manual and automation testing frameworks The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high on ownership and accountability Must have Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field Experience in testing frontend applications backend services databases API and systems integration Understanding of OOPS concepts and excellent coding skills in Java with Selenium 4 Proficiency in automating web applications using frameworks such as BDD POM or Hybrid using Cucumber TestNG Maven Skilled in backend validation using database queries Knowledge of test integration using CI-CD tools such as Jenkins API test using tools like POSTMAN Experience working on code management using GIT BITBUCKET Experience with agile work environments project management tools like JIRA and Confluence Basic understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure Zero-defect attitude with a passion for quality Exposure to web technologies HTTP XML REST HTML etc Strong interpersonal skills ownership regular updates meeting participation coordination and communication skills Good to have Exposure to load testing using JMeter Knowledge of Python Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and SOQL platform Testing exposure to AI agentic solutions or similar advanced AI-driven applications Who you are Motivated high-potential performer with demonstrated ability to influence and lead Strong
