Job Category Ford Credit Services Degree Level Bachelor s Degree or equivalent Ford Credit is experiencing significant business transformation in an ever-changing digital world To create this all-new automotive financing experience within our Ford Credit Tech team we are gathering a team of world-class strategists innovators creators and technology leaders who will help to unlock the power of technology and transform our relationship with customers The Ford Credit Tech team in India is looking for Responsibilities Framework Development and Enhancement Design develop and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks using Java and TypeScript This includes creating reusable components implementing best practices and ensuring the frameworks maintainability and extensibility Test Case Automation Develop and execute automated test cases covering various aspects of our applications including functional regression and integration testing CI CD Integration Integrate automated tests into our continuous integration and continuous delivery CI CD pipeline Support development teams to improve their automation coverage across their application stack Test Data Management Support the design and implementation of strategies for managing and provisioning test data effectively and efficiently across the testing frameworks Performance Optimization Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of automated tests to ensure fast and reliable execution Troubleshooting and Debugging Identify troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated tests providing timely solutions to ensure continuous testing effectiveness Reporting and Analysis Generate comprehensive test reports analysing results to identify trends and areas for improvement Qualifications 8 years of experience in software testing with at least 5 years focused on test automation using Java TypeScript Selenium Playwright Rest Assured Solid Java hands-on experience collections streams REST clients Maven Gradle Solid TypeScript JavaScript ES6 node-based test tools Experience writing SQL queries and generating synthetic data sets Comfort with Git workflows and any CI server Strong grasp of testing fundamentals including equivalence partitioning boundary analysis and negative testing Exposure to contract testing Pact performance tools k6 JMeter or security scans OWASP ZAP Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience Proven experience in testing Web Services Web UI and APIs Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level test automation frameworks in a regulated environment Strong understanding of software testing methodologies e g Agile Waterfall Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Understanding of relevant data privacy and security regulations e g GDPR CCPA Additional Qualifications Experience in BDD Frameworks Experience with cloud platforms Google Cloud and CI CD tools Cloud Build
