Regional Sales HeadPosition Regional Sales HeadLocation Multiple Regions Extensive Travel Required Employment Type Full-timeAbout UsHR Codes Consulting is a fast-growing HR solutions and advisory firm specializing in HR Audits HR Technology Performance Rewards HR Change Management and M A HR solutions We partner with organizations to solve their most pressing HR challenges and enable business success through people strategies Role OverviewWe are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Heads to drive business development and client acquisition across assigned regions The role demands extensive client engagement with CPOs CHROs Founders and senior business leaders to understand organizational challenges and present tailored HR solutions You will be accountable for building strong client relationships identifying opportunities and delivering revenue growth for HR Codes Consulting Key Responsibilities- Own and drive sales performance for the assigned region - Identify connect and engage with CPOs CHROs Founders and other key decision-makers - Conduct business meetings presentations and solution pitches to address client HR needs - Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities through business development activities and networking - Collaborate with internal consulting teams to create customized solutions for clients - Negotiate and close deals to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets - Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and cross-selling opportunities - Represent HR Codes Consulting at industry forums conferences and networking events - Provide regular sales forecasts reports and insights to management Qualifications Skills- Bachelor s Master s degree in Business HR or related field - 8-15 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in consulting HR services or professional services - Strong business development and account management track record - Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders CPO CHRO Founders - Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills - Self-driven result-oriented and comfortable with extensive travel - Strong network within the HR and corporate community will be an advantage What We Offer- Opportunity to represent a fast-growing consulting brand - Performance-driven rewards and incentives - Exposure to senior corporate leaders and marquee clients - Dynamic and entrepreneurial work culture with growth opportunities ref updazz com
