Ltd. Brands: GlowSnac (Healthy Snacks) & Vedmix (Indian Spices) Location: Surat (Field-based role) Unisky Exim Pvt. Ltd. is a growing FMCG company expanding its distribution network across Gujarat. We are hiring Field Sales Executives to drive sales, build channel partnerships, and increase retail availability for our snack and spices portfolio. Responsibilities - Identify and onboard distributors, retailers, and wholesalers in the assigned area. - Visit retail outlets daily to ensure product visibility, availability, and order generation. - Achieve monthly sales targets for GlowSnac and Vedmix product lines. - Maintain strong relationships with store owners, distributors, and channel partners. - Execute sampling activities, in-store branding, and promotional campaigns. - Collect market feedback and report competitor activities regularly. - Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and coordination with logistics. - Prepare and submit daily/weekly field sales reports. Requirements - Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG/Food/Beverages field sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). - Strong understanding of local retail and distribution networks. - Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently in field operations. - Mandatory: Two-wheeler and valid driving license. - Education: Graduate or Diploma in Marketing/Business preferred.
