Job Title Purchase Executive Female Location Kasna Site 5 Greater Noida Industry Electrical Industry Salary 20 000 - 25 000 In-hand Experience 2 to 3 Years Gender Preference Female Candidates Only Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Purchase Executive to join our team in Greater Noida Kasna Site 5 The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in the electrical industry with a strong understanding of sourcing vendor management and procurement processes Key Responsibilities Source negotiate and purchase materials from both local and international suppliers Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required Maintain and review records of items purchased costs delivery product performance and inventories Coordinate with the internal departments Accounts Store Production etc to ensure timely procurement Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand to avoid supply shortages Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply-related issues or delays Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and identify new vendors Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures Monitor market trends competitor strategies and market suppliers Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and guidelines Key Requirements Graduate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Commerce or relevant field 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing preferably in the electrical industry Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel and ERP software is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with procurement laws and regulations is desirable Interested candidates can share their resume on whatsapp 9971003846 Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience Vendor management 2 years Required Negotiation skills 2 years Required Inventory stock management 2 years Required Knowledge of ERP Procurement 2 years Required Legal Compliance Awareness 2 years Required Work Location In person
