Job Summary The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing negotiating and purchasing materials products and services required by the organization This role ensures timely procurement cost efficiency and supplier quality while maintaining proper documentation and compliance with company policies 1 Procurement Sourcing Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price quality and delivery capabilities Request and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing Source materials locally and internationally as required 2 Negotiatio Negotiate terms pricing lead times and contracts with vendors Build strong supplier relationships to ensure long-term cost savings 3 Purchase Order Management Prepare and process purchase orders in the system Track orders and ensure on-time delivery Coordinate with internal departments production accounts warehouse for requirement updates 4 Inventory Material Management Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock movement Work closely with stores warehouse to prevent shortages or overstock 5 Vendor Management Conduct supplier performance evaluations Resolve any quality delivery or payment-related issues with vendors 6 Documentation Compliance Maintain accurate purchase records contracts and documentation Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field 2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchase operations industry-specific experience is a plus Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of supply chain procedures and market research Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems SAP Tally Oracle etc Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities Key Competencies Vendor relationship management Cost reduction strategies Time management Problem-solving Team collaboration Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
