We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage our company s procurement activities The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing goods and services negotiating with suppliers and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest quality standards You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain directly contributing to our operational success Key Responsibilities Sourcing Vendor Management Identify evaluate and select reliable suppliers and vendors Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key suppliers Onboard new vendors and manage the vendor database Procurement Purchase Orders Process purchase requisitions and raise purchase orders POs accurately and in a timely manner Execute purchasing strategies to secure the best deals for the company e g bulk purchasing long-term contracts Ensure all POs are approved according to company authority matrix Negotiation Cost Control Negotiate pricing payment terms and contracts with suppliers to achieve significant cost savings Analyze market trends and apply cost-reduction strategies without compromising on quality Monitor and control procurement budgets Inventory Supply Chain Coordination Collaborate with the warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking Track orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials Coordinate with internal departments e g Production Sales Finance to understand their material requirements Quality Assurance Compliance Inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet the specified quality standards and purchase order details Resolve any issues with received orders including quality discrepancies and delivery delays Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations Maintain accurate and organized records of purchases pricing and other key data Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Finance or a related field Proven experience of X years as a Purchase Executive Procurement Officer or in a similar role Strong knowledge of procurement processes strategic sourcing and vendor management Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and experience with ERP software e g SAP Oracle Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities High level of integrity and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Professional certification e g CIPS - Chartered Institute of Procurement Supply is a plus Experience in the Your Industry e g Manufacturing IT FMCG industry Knowledge of import export procedures and international sourcing Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
