Job Title Business Development Executive BDE Role Overview The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities generating leads building client relationships and helping the company grow its sales and market presence Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads through calls emails and meetings Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Conduct market research to identify new opportunities Prepare sales proposals and follow up with prospects Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree any stream B Com MBA preferred Good communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts Ability to work under targets and pressure Confident self-motivated and result-oriented Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools Experience Freshers can apply 0-2 years of experience in sales business development preferred Key Traits Positive attitude Customer-focused approach Willingness to learn Team player Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
