Introduction We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager – Channel Sales to join our real estate company. The role involves managing and expanding the network of channel partners, brokers, agents, and other external stakeholders to maximize property sales and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent relationship management skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to drive sales through partnerships and alliances. This position is best suited for professionals with experience in real estate sales, channel development, or broker management, who are passionate about meeting targets and building strong business relationships. Key Responsibilities 1. Channel Partner Acquisition & Development Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, real estate brokers, and agents to expand the company’s sales network. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure consistent business generation. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and networking events to engage potential partners. Evaluate channel partner performance and develop strategies to improve productivity. 2. Sales Planning & Execution Drive property sales through channel partners by setting monthly and quarterly targets. Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotional activities, and partner incentives to boost sales. Develop strategies to increase channel partner contributions to overall revenue. Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. 3. Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact between the company and channel partners. Resolve partner queries, conflicts, and concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty. Organize channel partner meets, events, and training programs to enhance engagement. 4. Coordination with Internal Teams Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to align business objectives. Share partner feedback with management and contribute to strategy development. Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure seamless lead allocation and follow-ups. Work with the marketing team to develop partner-specific marketing material. 5. Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and partner performance. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior management. Monitor KPIs like lead conversion ratio, sales volume, and partner engagement levels. Use data insights to improve channel partner strategies and boost efficiency. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting. Basic understanding of real estate regulations, pricing trends, and market dynamics. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities. Ability to build long-term relationships with partners and clients. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
