Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree The Premier Acquisition Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals HNIs for retail loan products The role focuses on building a strong CASA Current Account Savings Account book selling third-party products TPP and generating revenue through high-value customer engagement The candidate should possess strong coordination skills a customer-centric approach and prior experience in portfolio management Responsibilities Acquire new HNI customers for retail loan products and banking services Drive revenue through cross-selling of third-party products TPP such as insurance mutual funds etc Build and grow CASA book size by onboarding quality customers Maintain and nurture relationships with existing HNI clients to ensure long-term engagement Coordinate effectively with internal teams including credit legal operations and product teams Ensure compliance with KYC norms and proper documentation for all customer acquisitions Provide end-to-end support to customers and channel partners ensuring timely updates and resolution Leverage existing customer base to generate new business opportunities
