Job Description

What this job involves:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the technical shift operations of all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of facility equipment and systems.
- Oversee and coordinate major repair projects, renovations, and new installations.
- Analyze and optimize energy consumption, implementing energy-saving initiatives where possible.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of technical staff, including supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
- Develop and manage monthly inventory for technical operations, maintenance.
- Conduct regular facility audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and potential issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to align technical operations with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices, recommending, and implementing improvements as appropriate.
