What we want We re looking for a Team Lead - Talent Acquisition who can drive end-to-end hiring strategies lead a high-performing recruitment team and ensure timely high-quality hiring across multiple business units The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both technical and non-technical hiring a data-driven approach and experience partnering with senior leadership to shape workforce plans and deliver exceptional candidate experiences Who we are Vertoz NSEI VERTOZ an AI-powered MadTech and CloudTech Platform offering Digital Advertising Marketing and Monetization MadTech Digital Identity and Cloud Infrastructure CloudTech caters to Businesses Digital Marketers Advertising Agencies Digital Publishers Cloud Providers and Technology companies For more details please visit our website What you will do Talent Acquisition Strategy Leadership Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple business verticals Tech Sales Marketing Operations etc Develop and implement strategic hiring plans in alignment with organizational growth and workforce planning Manage a team of recruiters ensuring high productivity effective pipeline management and excellent stakeholder communication Collaborate closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and design proactive sourcing strategies Sourcing Hiring Excellence Drive innovative sourcing through professional networks digital platforms and talent mapping Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency versee campus hiring lateral hiring and niche role recruitments Ensure candidate experience excellence through transparent communication and process efficiency Data Process Analytics Build and maintain dashboards to track hiring metrics TAT offer-to-join ratio source effectiveness etc Analyze hiring data to identify trends and improvement areas Ensure ATS hygiene compliance and adherence to company policies Report hiring progress and insights to leadership teams with clear action plans Stakeholder Team Management Partner with department heads to understand talent gaps and role requirements Mentor coach and upskill team members to achieve individual and team goals Collaborate with HRBPs for onboarding workforce planning and retention initiatives Represent the TA function in leadership discussions and strategy reviews Requirements 10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience including at least 3 years in a team lead or managerial capacity Proven experience in agency or corporate hiring environments preferably within digital tech or advertising domains Strong expertise in tech and non-tech hiring leadership hiring and employer branding Excellent communication stakeholder management and team leadership skills Proficiency with ATS tools LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment analytics platforms Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and presentation abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced growth-driven environment Benefits No dress codes Flexible working hours 5 days working 24 Annual Leaves International Presence Celebrations Team outings
