Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with a B Com background to handle customer queries provide product service information and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills basic accounting knowledge and the ability to resolve issues efficiently Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls emails and chat support Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Coordinate with internal teams Accounts Sales Operations IT to resolve issues Assist customers with billing invoicing payments and account-related queries Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction Escalate complex issues to senior support or management when required Adhere to company policies processes and service standards Required Skills Qualifications Educational Technical Skills B Com graduate Commerce background preferred Basic knowledge of accounting billing and financial concepts Familiarity with ERP CRM systems is an added advantage Basic computer skills MS Excel Word Email Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Customer-focused and empathetic attitude Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Good coordination and teamwork skills Preferred Skills Added Advantage Experience in customer support call center or back-office operations Exposure to ERP accounting or billing software Knowledge of GST invoicing or reconciliation processes Multilingual communication skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
