Learn more about Vastu at www.vastuhfc.com. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a DSA Sales Manager, located in Pune. The DSA Sales Manager will oversee and manage relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to drive loan disbursements and business growth. Responsibilities include the identification and onboarding of potential DSAs, monitoring their sales performance, providing training and support, ensuring compliance with company policies, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales strategies. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to maintain service quality standards and achieve key performance indicators. Qualifications - Proven expertise in Sales Management, Relationship Management, and the ability to oversee third-party sales channels. - Solid understanding of Housing Finance, Loan Origination, and DSA network handling. - Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and team management skills. - Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective strategies. - Proficiency in tools and technology relevant to business operations; familiarity with housing finance technology platforms is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. - Familiarity with the Pune market, including relationships in the financial services industry, is a plus.
