Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and emails to international leads (B2B and B2C) to promote products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored product solutions.
- Generate interest, follow up on prospects, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Build long-term relationships with B2B clients and maintain a healthy customer pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue targets).
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales campaigns.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, B.Sc., etc.).
- Experience: 03 years in international sales, telesales, inside sales, or business development.
- Communication Skills:
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Confident and persuasive with a neutral or international accent.
- Sales Skills:
- Basic understanding of sales funnel, cold calling, and lead nurturing.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Previous experience selling SaaS, IT, EdTech, Travel, or E-commerce products internationally.
- Understanding of international market trends and buyer behavior.
