
International sales Process

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential international customers or leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Deliver effective sales pitches and overcome objections to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales conversions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets for sales, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain post-sale engagement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, etc.)
- Experience:
- Freshers with strong English communication can apply
- 13 years of international B2B/B2C sales experience preferred
- Communication Skills:
- Fluent English with a neutral/US/UK accent
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Understanding of international market trends or SaaS/e-commerce/finance sectors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and resilience under pressure
